Anniversary Trip (neighboring states)

What are some best places to go to for our wedding anniversary? We would love to visit other states other than NY and PA. It would be an over the weekend trip around last week of September so somewhere within 4 hours drive will be fine, we love road trips anyways. We both enjoy seafoods so I love to hear some of your recommendations for spots to dine. Nightlife is a plus, we both at our late 20’s so a little bit of drinking and partying would definitely make it more enjoyable.
