Thoughts on season 20 as a first time viewer

I am watching season 20 for the first time. Have just literally finished the 3rd episode and I'm sitting here thinking - if I did a shot every time someone said 'Bounce back!' I would be unconscious already.

Also what was Matthew thinking with that meat thermometer?

I am liking Steven, Sam and Emily at the moment, but really haven't taken to Josie or Kiya. Am interested to see if/how that changes as I watch more.
