Taking a gap semester

I recently transferred into a 4-yr college as a jr and feel absolutely miserable. Its mainly a mental health thing but my question is would taking a gap semester my spring semester of jr year look bad on a resume? I currently don’t have any internships and would like a professional perspective on the decision.
