I am thinking of taking my life

I have already got a plan in place, I just cant seem to find any reason to live anymore, I fuck everything up.

I am gonna do the exit bag method with helium. The only thing holding me back is the safety valves on the canisters. I am just gonna tape them down so the air flow doesnt stop, but im worried its gonna stop part why through.
