Dx’d with ulcers, do I still possibly have endometriosis?

I have had such pain, bloating, cramping, constipation, decreased appetite, nausea, stabbing/shooting pains, random and fleeting breast pain, side pain, lower back pain, pelvic pain, abdominal pain up to my rib cage… it has woken me up at night. This has been since February, it is now September. It affects my life at work and at home.

My periods were heavy into my early 30’s but leveled out to mostly manageable by mid 30’s, always super irregular. Didn’t become regular until 35. Sometimes my pain would leave me unable to stand. It would hurt from my belly to my ankles and my back and sides. They were horrific. OTC pain meds did NOT work at all.

I had an ultrasound in May show my IUD out of place, a 5.7cm cyst on an ovary, and a fibroid.

I had an upper and lower endoscopies this morning and was diagnosed with ulcers in my colon. They did biopsies for UC and Chron’s. They will get back with me in 10-14 days with those results.

My gynecologist suspects endometriosis, but could just ulcers cause all this agony? Surely not. Have any of you also had ulcers with endo?
