Anyone else feel like they missed out a lot in life? Got wisdom?

In my dad's words, he always mentions that people my age had their fun and moved on which is quite intriguing to me. I Need me some real old man wisdom rn. 🙏🏼 Need to see if you think god is holding the fun back for later or if life is truly moving. What do you think from your experiences?
