Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for my studio apartment in Greenwich Village. The landlord has agreed to release me from my lease if I find a qualified replacement tenant. Here’s the deal:
	•	Lease term: October 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026
	•	Renewal option: You can renew after if you’re in good standing
	•	Requirements: Must make 40x rent, or have a guarantor who makes 80x rent
	•	Process: Once I give them your info, the landlord will send you the application (takes 24–48 hours). You’ll need to be fully approved before I’m released from my lease.

About the apartment:
It’s a pre-war studio with hardwood floors, two big windows, and good natural light. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, sink, and storage cabinets. The main space fits a bed, sofa, dining table, and shelving comfortably (photos attached). There’s radiator heating, a window AC unit, and a closet for storage.

This is a great spot if you want to be close to NYU, Washington Square Park, and everything downtown. Perfect for a student or anyone wanting to live in the Village for a few months with the option to extend.

DM me if you’re interested and I’ll connect you with the landlord to start the application process.
