Please help, Are "Shark Wheels" worth it???

So I live in an area where the streets are really rough and almost impossible to skate on and I'm looking for a set of wheels that can go across a lot of cracks and tiled sidewalks and rocks and just all around rough terrain and I read somewhere that shark wheels were good and I was looking for something close to my regular wheels so they weren't bulky and I wouldn't have to buy risers (already made that mistake and have a little bit of wheel bite) so I wanted something that was good for that and I found "shark wheels" but there really expensive so is it worth the money????
