Chase private offer pages cyberattack over Labor Day weekend

Does anyone have details about the ransomware attack that JPMC's marketing agency Merkle experienced over the holiday weekend? All of a sudden, every private offer page is showing errors. Friends who work in marketing at Chase say its a big deal and emails, as well as social security numbers could have been breached. But there haven't been any public statements about it yet?
