Do I have to keep a piano that was already in the house?

We moved in to a house that is owned by a property management company. The house had a piano downstairs. The legs on the piano and the chair fall off. It’s in the way. I’m assuming it was left by a previous tenant, but I really don’t know. There’s nothing about it in our lease, and honestly the pm company probably doesn’t even know it’s here. There were other things left too by the previous tenant. Can I give the piano away?
