[TOMT][MOVIE] A movie I just can’t seem to remember.

It was in an apocalyptic setting, so we’re talking cannibalistic savages, almost like a mad max movie in terms of its characters. And I remember in the ending the protagonist (who was a women iirc) chops off the head of the leader and throws it back to his goons. Oh yeah and they ate the head and if I’m not mistaken I remember the protag getting reinforcement from the military so yea. This has been torturing me for a min so I would really appreciate some help.
