What is the plan on offense without CJ Ham for 4 weeks?

I know the offense does not revolve around a FB who only gets a certain number of snaps, but has KOC talked about this at all? Do we just remove those plays from the playbook, or has someone else (Yurosek?) been practicing at FB?
