Risk of military conscription during travel to Armenia?

Hello everyone, I'm in a tricky situation and need your advice. Here are the facts:

• Born in Germany
• Have Armenian citizenship (passport currently expired)
• Also have a German citizenship (obtained at 16)
• Last visited Armenia at age 13, I am now 20 years old
• Planning a trip to Armenia in October 2025

My questions:

1. Is there a risk of being conscripted into military service upon entry (because of dual citizenship and being an armenian in Armenia?)
2. What consequences could I face for not having completed mandatory military service?
3. Does anyone have experience with the new law allowing paid exemption from military service?
4. Should I reconsider the trip altogether?

I'm grateful for any tips, especially from people with similar experiences or knowledge about the current situation in Armenia.
