Screen stopped working (intermittent)

Title says it all, been using an Adventurer 5M Pro for about a month, at least once a day, and yesterday the LCD screen stopped working. Doing a platform levelling from the app sometimes helps, sometimes doesn’t. When working, turning it off an on at the front is fine, but turning it off at the back starts the issue again. I’ve rebooted it, reinstalled firmware, checked any visible cables but am not a super technical person, so don’t want to start prodding it. Any advice? Many many thanks!
