Looking for teammates

Hi all. My friend and I have decided on taking the game a little more seriously in hopes to compete in some tournaments eventually but for now we are trying to hit ruby. Our idea is to have about 6 dedicated players so that we can always have someone to play with or against because it will allow for 3v3 private games which we think will help with team synergy and learning tactics/counters. We aren’t extremely good but we both have a strong background in fps (myself in csgo and the other in apex and overwatch I think). We are both light mains although I play heavy with him and I’m definitely looking to keep getting better at heavy, so naturally we want a medium to join us in the main squad but again we want to create a small group of dedicated players that also want to try to reach the peaks with us.
