Driving in Nagpur!

I have to be honest and ask a question. Is everyone a terrible driver here? Or is the basic civic sense missing from most people?

I drive everyday to office and the problem I face everyday is drivers dont let you know they are coming. No horns. No indicators. They just appear out of nowhere and drive away. People dont check their rear view mirrors, they dont check whether or not any vehicle is coming through that road or not. They just drive.
