Going crazy over levels?

Hey, I just wanted to ask for some advice on this, and whether or not I'm just hearing things. I've gone through a bunch of exports of my tracks and I always have issues like this.

with this song in particular it's been "these vocals are too quiet" so I turn them up by like a decibel or so, re-export "too loud" turn them down, re-export

There is a lot of instrumentation so it's hard to tell how everything actually sounds. Anyone else have this overthinking issue? Is it just me overthinking?
