Did I overreact or is this suspicious? Need advice on my LDR situation.

I (M, long-distance relationship) was on a video call with my girlfriend. She wasn’t wearing a tee, just a bra, but I didn’t realize that at first. After I realized, I playfully (like a puppy) asked her to put the camera downwards. When she briefly tilted the camera down for a few seconds, I thought I saw a faint hickey mark on her right boob (just above the bra line). I asked her multiple times to show me again, but she refused and started engaging in her chores. Later, I called her again to see properly, but she still refused, and the video was blurry. I cut the call, and that’s when she sent me pics of cotton with lipstick on it, saying she was pranking me and wanted me to think it was a hickey. She even rubbed cotton on her chest on camera afterward to prove there was nothing there, but the poor internet connection made it hard to see clearly. I’m still feeling uneasy because she didn’t show me right away, even though she eventually tried to reassure me. So now I’m wondering: Am I overthinking this and letting long-distance anxiety get to me?
