Regarding wife’s unhealthy habits that will soon put me in depression

So yest she decided to donate blood at her work coz he weight was now 2 lbs more than what was their minimum value (last time she was rejected 4 months ago coz her weight was below the minimum bar)

3 hours later she fell unconcious for 3 mins (thats what she said) and her blood sugar was 50. Cops, ambulance firefighter everyone had to show up

Just 2 days back I called my inlaws and complained abt her eating habits and they said they would tell her to do better and right next day this happens.

I am quite health concious and I did mention this multiple times before marriage. The reason I mentioned this was to avoid trouble in our lives but when people lie, this is what it comes to.

Idk what to do. Her health unfortunately stresses me for some reason although she keeps telling me nt to worry abt her.
