Mister FPGA woes (help)

I'm having some problems.

The latest Saturn core for me keeps saying "ram not initialized" or somethung along these lines despite me having the 4mb ram cart selected. I have no game saves as of yet. Some games also kick me back to the boot up menu to format the ram. I cleared the ram but no changes.

Also arcade Progear craps out occasionally and says that Qsound file is not found despite me putting the Qsound and Qsound hle files in the name roms folder. No issues with any other Capcom arcade game. This particular game is very temperamental to run.
