Did I make a good trade?

I traded my old computer and $200 for a "new computer" I think I made out good on this trade what do you think?

OLD PC: CPU: intel I7 4790, RAM: 24GB ddr3, HD: 2 512gb sata ssd, MOBO: asrock killer 87, GPU: (3060 12gb that I kept)

NEW PC: CPU: ryzen 7600, RAM 16GB ddr5, HD: 1tb NVME, MOBO: asus prime A620, GPU (MY 3060 12gb)

second question is now that I have much more CPU power is there anything I can do to make sure I'm getting the most out of my GPU while I save for something better?

Fingers crossed the 5070 super will be a banger with 18gb of vram and be under 600$ by q2 next year (I get a yearly bonus then so that's when I plan to upgrade GPU.)
