can i consider myself a baby gyaru?

for context, i’m currently not in a financial or good living situation to afford a new wardrobe, and i’m still practicing the makeup,, i’ve read the FAQ but i’ve gotten a lot of mixed answers from gals saying you JUST need the makeup / mindset and you can consider yourself gyaru, but the other half saying you need clothing similar to gyaru- i know what sub style i want to have, but i don’t know if i should wait until i can get more clothes & accessories to call myself a baby gal, but i really want to follow the fashion closer when i have the means to. aside from that, ive had most of the makeup i need and ive been practicing a lot . sorry if this has been asked before im not only new to gyaru but also reddit😭💔
