Question: EA account - unable to access

Tried logging into to play the Beta last month and EA said my account was baned for violating the user agreement. I haven’t played or accessed an EA game since 2042 and they baned me August 1st when I was not playing any EA game at the time.

I appealed to EA they said they are upholding the ba* but did not provide any evidence or reason as to why that happened. Anyone else have this issue???

Apparently can’t say the B word on Reddit so that’s why the asterisk is there

Very frustrated as I’ve been a Battlefield Loyalist since BF3 and have even supported their terrible games.
