Physical therapy for pelvic floor?

I'm in desperate need of pelvic floor therapy, but my local PT place says that I'm only able to work on one area of the body at a time. How do people do it, if you also need pt for the back and also for the feet? Does one have a separate pt clinic for each separate issue? Is that how most insurances (in the US) allow you to bend the rules?
