MiaPaCa-2 Cells & Scratch Assays - Any change in protocol?

Does anyone know if there's a different protocol for scratch assays when utilizing MiaPaCa cells? Considering their dual morphology, I'm not sure if there would be an extra step or something/if the assay will work similarly with other typical cell lines.
