Can someone help me with my coach build

In an online league and done all of the 1st tier of recruiting to level 3 except kickers. I’m going to max out elite recruiter on all positions except kicker. I’ve done the first level of motivator to all positions except kicker. Got stoned and for some reason did motivator to level 3 for only WRs: How should I spend my remaining points? How many do I have left? Thank you guys .
