GPS and Apps Dead

All of the apps and services have gone down, and have been so for a few days. GPS, Spotify, and even the app isn’t syncing to my phone. I called On-Star, after speaking with them they said it’s a hardware issue and I have an appointment scheduled. How long does this take to get resolved and has anyone had this as an issue
