Scholarship odds?

So I'm in my second year of A-Levels rn and looking to apply to UIC next year. My AL subjects are Math, CS, Phy and Business, 4A* predicted, 1510 SAT but I took it a year ago so I'm planning to retake and hopefully improve to around 1550. Also hoping to take IELTS in a couple months. My academic record throughout HS is mostly pretty clean but I do have a couple B's on my final transcript from 10th grade (actually like a combined transcript for 9th and 10th). Are those likely to impact my odds negatively? And what are my overall chances? I'd love to attend UIC but just can't afford it full pay.
