Looking to sublease 2br/1bath apartment for full year ideally, fall 2025-spring 2026, but willing to accept one semester subleases. You will be living with one other female occupant, female ideal. Starting rent would be $700 with utilities, willing to negotiate. Close to campus, ~17 min walk, and ARC. Really close to the 22 and 220 bus stop. Really close to First & Armory.
