Twisted muscles hurting VATS

Looked at the patch notes and noticed twisted muscles mutation negatively affects VATS. Could be the reason lots of us are experiencing the VATS nerf. 30% is a lot and it’s unclear if class freak 3star reduces that by 75%. I will have to check my EFFECTS tonight
