Wrong parking ticket

Hi everyone. I went to southall the other day on Saturday with my friend and my uncle. We went to McDonald's and I parked my car in the car park. Ive got a drink from McDonald's and before that I went out to check restaurant if it was open or not. I came back and went to McDonald's and bought my frappe. 2 days after that I received a PCN saying that "occupants left their car here and left McDonald's premises". Fortunately I made a snap of my drink I bought from McDonald's(I paid cash). Can I appeal using that or do I need more evidence? Thanks
