Hey all so I’m in my probationary period with this program. When reviewing my account last night, it showed I’m at risk of losing my account for lack of reviews. But here’s the confusing part - I have reviewed every single item I received from vine. In great detail. Photos, catchy titles - I take it seriously. 80% of the items I’ve given stellar reviews. 5/5 with photos and details. The other 20% I gave 3/5. They were genuine garbage overpriced resellers buying shit from Temu and alibaba and then flipping them on Amazon with a 500% up sale price attached. And so no, I did not reward that behavior with a fake review to help them scam people. That’s fair. Is it not? I do not understand this.

According to vine I have ordered 18 items since I got accepted.

HOWEVER in that very first week I was quick to just buy buy buy and then was realizing how quickly I’d hit the $600 tax limit. So I canceled several items before they even shipped out.

My ACUAL amount of items ordered and RECEIVED is 13 items. I have received 13 out of 13 - most of them the same week or day I received them. A few of them I felt I needed to wait bc they needed to be used or I’d have no way to even leave a valid review and I will not fake a review for anyone ever - period.

I reviewed 100% of the items within the required time frame. I had 6 of the 13 reviewed and then added the remaining 7 about a week ago (they were more recent purchases - I just literally hadn’t used them yet and finally had time to try them and give my take). What’s weird is it says I only reviewed 42% of my products. Assuming it wasn’t counting the newer reviews yet, I did some quick math. 6/13 is 46%. Not 42%.

I then sat down and totaled the order amounts to cross check it with what my account says my actual spend ytd has been. It says it’s $240.93. However I just totaled my items up on my end and it’s $210.98

A difference of $29.95. So I look at the 5 items I never got. And one of them is indeed for $29.95. But it’s for the exact same product I did receive listed right above it under its own separate order. Same brand product name identical listings. But this one’s only totaling $1.99. The listing for $29.95 is removed from Amazon. Even if I wanted to review it, I can’t. So I was basically charged 2x. For the same product. I reviewed the product I received. And now I’m hitting a 42% review ratio because it added in the 2nd time to get it to me reviewing 6 of 14 items instead of 6 out of 13. Which is 42% (it’s actually 43 but I guess Amazon rounds down when it’s 42.8%.). I’m not sure why my other 7 reviews aren’t accepted yet. I emailed them last night to get that resolved. It says my review quality is EXCELLENT.

Also, when I logged in today it showed I have NOT reviewed the 7 items that I 100,000% absolutely did in fact review. Like. No question here. 100% of my items for a detailed and thoughtful review.

Is this like, an account glitch? Did I review them via Amazon instead of directly through vine maybe and so it “didn’t count”? I don’t get how this happened.

How do I get this resolved? I’m frustrated because while I don’t buy a lot of stuff, I get stuff I truly want to try out and review and don’t believe in excessive wastefulness. I did everything they asked of me and now it’s caused problems to go and solve.
