Part Selection Help

Good day all. Looking for some assistance, I have some ideas in mind for what parts I want to build my new pc with but I want to leverage the sheer wealth of knowledge here so I’m not making silly choices. The previous pc I built was a custom water-cooled pc with all the bells and whistles and the the rgb I could stuff into it. This time around I’m thinking to go a little more subtle in the way of looks, I’m not to worried price wise in terms of components just looking for suggestions from you all in terms of what has worked for you or what you think would be a good build. The only thing I’ve bought so far was a 5090fe, and was thinking Corsair 4000D or ProArt PA602 for a case, 9800x3d cpu and an ROG Crosshair 870E Extreme. Hadn’t put much thought into anything else. Don’t want to go customer water cooling again but I’m ok with closed loop.
