does anyone else have job where the environment is really hot and causes sensory issues?

so my job is great i make pizza dough for a little shop but the only problem is that i stand next to a 600 degree oven and it makes me want to rip my skin off. does anyone have a similar problem ? are there any accommodations you made for yourself? i have a little fan that like blew up my shirt and that was good but i get like really distracted by it needing to go in the right spot and it moves when i move so it’s a bit finicky. any suggestions would be appreciated.
