Wi-Fi and Ethernet can't connect

Open | Networking

When I turned my desktop pc on this morning, it can't seem to connect to anything. When I plugged into ethernet, it's stuck on "identifying...", and when I try to connect to a Wi-Fi network, I can't view the possible connections. In fact, the entire Wi-Fi settings tab in Windows is gone.

A couple things to note as well: all other devices on Wi-Fi work fine, and my laptop has no issues with the same ethernet cable.

Also, (not sure if this is relevant) in the last couple days I've had issues with Discord. It wouldn't load unless I quickly swapped from using the ethernet to the Wi-fi. I just assumed it was some issue with the provider and it never bothered me enough to do something about it. Just including this here in case it gives someone a hint on what my issue may be.
