Huge Gold Shortage In Gane

I know I'm not the only one feeling this. Today i got diwn to the lowest I've ever been in this game 43k. Are they just not giving out as much anymore or is it just the demands on new characters. I found it completely predatory that as i stooped to this all time low of currency i immediately got the biggest pop up saying BUY 50 MILLION GOLD FOR £100. I guess this is what they want though right?
