IL - LCPC application

I cannot get in contact with my old grad school complete the ED-PC form. I have been calling, calling, calling, emailing, leaving voicemails, and no one has gotten back to me in weeks. I call almost every other day, no one answers the phone. I can't go to campus without a badge to get in. I don't want to mail my stuff just for one to receive it or respond.

Does anyone know if there as an alternative to getting my school to complete the form? I have my LPC so I obviously there's already proof that I completed the program and took all the right classes, otherwise I would never have been able to become an LPC.

My job is on my ass about getting my LCPC ASAP since I reached my hours, but this is literally not my fault and I cannot get it completed. Does anyone have ANY information or advice?
