Greek mythology fantasy recommendations

I loved Percy Jackson growing up, and after visiting Greece for my summer vacation I’m super keen to read some Greek mythology-esque fantasy if I can find it.

It’s been many years since reading the Percy Jackson, however hoping there are some adult focused series.

I’ve read everything from Sanderson’s Mistborn, Pierce Brown’s Red Rising, to LOTR.

Thanks for the help!
