Is it a scam site?

So some person I met while playing CS long time ago, sent me a link to boost their team reputation.

Link to website called CS2Duels

(link here so if someone knows how to detect scam site from link alone could do it https://cs2duels.com/team/nxsaykra?from=841f088d )

To boost said reputation I must first login into my Steam Account. Is it possible Account Scam site. Or is it widely known legit CS site for new teams.

Thanks for help in advance
