Game wont start on epic game launcher??

Hi.

The game wont start and i am using epic game store, it just say processing when i get into the menu and the game close.

Windows showed once a message where it says it cant connect to epic game store or internet.

I have tried this: Uninstall the game Uninstall the launcher Checked firewall and give access Turnes off firewall just to try

Anyone with the same issue or know how i can fix it?
