Should I start Devonta Smith or Treveyon Henderson for my FLEX?

So I originally had Treveyon starting for my FLEX because I thought it was no discussion that he should be HB1 for New England, but I’m seeing some rumors that he’s HB3.

So should I just start Devonta Smith, who’s reliable? Or should I start Treveyeon?
