Urgent financial freedom from parents through a student loan.

I am currently in a public uni in Dhaka, but I stay alone here so the cost here is around 10-12k per month. I am currently tutoring a admission candidate. But that's temporary and also because of tutoring too much during my last semester, my CGPA was hit hard. I still have 3 years of studying left. And I need about 600k to complete my studying with every possible expenses in mind. I don't wanna be in too much contact with my parents. They have been being a bad influence to me since I got into college. And I do not want to do anything with them or their filthy relatives. I know I have the capability to do something for myself. I was a pro eSports player at one point and earned around 100k by myself doing that and some small businesses regarding that game and video editing and socials management for my friends. Bought a laptop with that money to increase capability in video editing and I had passion for coding. Sold that laptop last year to buy a newer model to handle my workload. Gave that money to my dad for safekeeping and he used all of it to lend some of it to his brother's son and others on some shit. Now I need laptop for my studies and I wish to again persue my passion along with my study but they are non responsive. I don't wanna hold any contact with them too much. That's all I am gonna say. If there is a way to take around 600k student loan with preferable interest rates. Please let me know. Thank you.
