25M Looking for 2 roommates to sign the lease(3B2B), budget around $1200–$1600

Hey! I’m looking for roommates to team up on an apartment and get a lease signed soon. I’ve already got a couple of solid options(3b2b) in Brooklyn lined up (Prospect Lefferts Gardens / Carroll Gardens), just need the right people to move forward with.

A little about me: I’m in grad school, into sports (mainly soccer and tennis), usually split my time between classes, the library, and the gym. I’m tidy, easygoing, and have lived with roommates before. Just looking for the same clean/chill vibe in return.

If this sounds like a good fit, shoot me a DM and let’s chat!
