Want watch with oysterflex but not Yatchmaster

I have had the YM 42 twice. I loved the look but it was slighty too big for my 6.75” wrist and I found myself talking it off after about 3 days.

I have also had the 126655 YM RG twice. I loved the size but really couldn’t enjoy it because I was worried about scratching the rose gold plating.

So I am in a real pickle hear because I want a watch with the oysterflex. I thought about adding a oysterflex to my submariner but I am not big on the look.

Any advice? I have looked at other brands (aquanaut, aquaterra) but I just can’t get excited about them.

If Rolex made a 40mm stainless steel on an oysterflex I would be all over it.
