If Jerry Jones was suspended for 3-5 years from day to day operations for a massive league violation like George Steinbrenner was from the Yankees in the early 90's how confident are you in the current Cowboys infrastructure to build a contending team?

Non-Cowboys fan coming in peace here but the 90's/2000's Yankees dynasty was largely built around great young players the team's existing management (Think Jeter and the rest of the core 4 as well as guys like Bernie Williams) drafted while Steinbrenner was suspended that would've ordinarily been traded to get win now talent under Steinbrenner's watch.

History recap aside you guys are pretty good at drafting but from an outsider's perspective you guys seem to struggle with only hiring Yes Men coaches post-Jimmy Johnson and Jerry fucking up contract negotiations.
