What does a T spike feel like on decapeptyl?

I had my first shot two days ago, and am taking Cyproterone daily. My butt hurts, of course, but alongside that I feel pissed off, I’ve had a mild headache for a couple of days, certain smells are truly disgusting to me all of a sudden, and my dreams are bizarrely vivid.

I don’t know what’s a T spike and what’s just me/life. Bottom line is I don’t feel great, and I wanted to know when your spike kicked in? And what did it feel like for?

Even just typing this, my head feels like a clenched fist.
