just brought home a 4month old kitten she’s super scared + I have another cat. Advice?

I just adopted a new 4 month old kitty and she’s really scared right now she’s hunched up in a corner and meowing a lot i want to help her feel safe but i also already have another cat at home.

What’s the best way to help her adjust to the new environment and introduce her to my older cat without stressing them both out? right now i’ve separated them i made a little comfort spot for the kitty in a room until she’s comfy enough to wander around

Any tips or step by step plans or things you wish you knew when you introduced a new kitten would be amazing thanks
