My hair 😭

So I had my surgery in May and I noticed at month 2 I was losing a lot of hair I told the Dr and they said it would start coming back at month 6. I'm at 4 months and you can see my scalp and I have bald spots and shedding like crazy ( I used to have thick fluffy hair ) Does it really come back 😭😭 or do I need to invest in a wig or do I take more biotin.
