First build - does it make sense?

Build Help

Hi, I've been trying to put together my first build for the last couple of days. After watching some videos and reading through posts here I came up with this list that adds up to about $1550 on pcpartpicker, but unfortunately costs over $1800 in my country. Would you change anything within this budget or is it okay? The PC will be used mostly for gaming, almost exclusively singleplayer. Thank you very much.
