Is there an age limit to being a raver? AmA

So turned 53 last week.... Have always loved House Music and the dance people culture, always will. BUT is there an age where it's unacceptable to spend a weekend off from a VERY demanding job by taking a disco biscuit, dancing, chatting breeze with your closest, loving everyone, then telling your work mates you went camping instead? What's your thoughts on this?
